Taelisman Project Monitoring

Privacy Statement

Last updated 11 October 2026

Taelisman Project Monitoring (“the app”, “we”) is used to record and track RFIs, issues and other records on construction projects. Access is by invitation only. This statement explains what information the app holds about you and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name and email address, provided by Microsoft (or the email you sign in with), and the organisation you enter on your account page.
  • Project records: RFIs, responses, issues and other content you create on projects you are invited to.
  • Audit trail: a permanent log of changes on each project, recording who made the change and when.
  • Technical data: sign-in times and IP addresses kept in our providers’ security logs.

How it is used

Only to run the app: signing you in, showing you the projects you belong to, notifying you of items that need your attention, and keeping a reliable record of project decisions. We do not sell your information, show advertising, or use it for marketing.

Who can see it

Your name, email and organisation are visible to other members of the projects you belong to. Project records are visible only to that project’s members, according to their role.

Where it is stored

  • Supabase stores the database and handles sign-in (servers in Seoul, South Korea).
  • Netlify hosts the website.
  • Microsoft verifies your identity when you sign in with a Microsoft account.
  • GitHub holds private nightly backups, each kept for 30 days.

Cookies

The app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Project records and the audit trail are kept for as long as they are needed as a record of the project, because they may be relied on in contractual matters. If you leave a project, your past contributions remain part of its record.

Your choices

You can update your name and organisation on your account page at any time. To request a copy of your information, a correction, or removal of your account, contact the project administrator who invited you.
